Patients will be referred by their Specialist (Oncologist, Urologist or Radiologist) or Prostate Cancer Specialist Nurse directly to an AEP registered with the program.
Currently, the program cannot accept direct referrals from GP’s but they can encourage patients to gain a referral from one of their specialists.
If you wish to have an individual referred into the ExPOprogram, please provide this referral form to the individual. They will need to have their specialist or prostate cancer nurse sign and send into: expo@essa.org.au. This will initiate the referral process.
