To provide services as part of the expo project, AEPs will need to satisfy a number of criteria and register themselves with the program. To register as a provider, an AEP must:
- Be a current financial member of ESSA and hold accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist.
- Hold a current Medicare provider number.
- Have access to on-site gym facilities.
- Be able to facilitate AEP supervised group exercise classes.
If a provider ceases to meet any of these criteria over the course of the Program, they will no longer be eligible to provide services as part of the Program.
